AFRICA-EUROPE WEEK-YOUTH SUMMIT

Ayesha Khuele is a 21 year old award winning Female Filmmaker, actress and most importantly close to her heart a U-Report Lesotho Ambassador. She has worked with MISA (Media institute of Southern Africa) and UNICEF Lesotho to introduce U-Report Lesotho and advocate for children's rights. Ayesha continues to inspire the youth in to believing in the future through the UNICEF75 campaign. Ayesha has shown passion for helping children and even her film's tackle issues that children face. Ayesha hopes to one day build a shelter for underprivileged children and make sure that every child goes to school, every child has a good shelter and every child dreams.

Ayesha Khuele has formed part of the team of Young people from Europe and Africa to ask leaders to commit to real, concrete #climateaction to protect their futures. Ayesha also had a virtual booth to showcase her short film she has produced during the Africa-Europe Week 14-18th February 2022. As a U-Report Lesotho Ambassador, After the summit Ayesha will be back home to share her experience and the feedback from the African and Europe an Leaders with Basotho youth the commitments they have made to protect the future for young people.
