All AYP have access to health services, including those who request abortion, young people with mental, visual impairment, deaf or physical disabilities, young people who use drugs, LGBTI young people, young sex workers, and very young adolescents
AYP can access information and services in convenient working hours irrespective of their ability to pay; they have support from parents & guardians to use reproductive health services.
Adolescents and young people should be well informed about which services are not part of the basic package, and price list should be easily accessible.
Health services are accepted by adolescents and young people due to friendly attitude of healthcare providers, reasonable waiting time and because confidentiality and privacy are maintained
Adolescents & young people are aware of SRH services provided in the facilities and outside them, and are supported by their parents and the communities
